1.Brief review of previous sale and post-sale comments. What key things should we do better/ differently this sale?
2.Review Book sale To-do List and assign responsibilities as needed. Add new tasks generated from review discussion.
3. Choose co-ordinators for key support roles – charities liaison, BWB liaison, volunteer recruitment, marketing/publicity (eg. Beaver, Town of Oakville etc.)
4.Ask for volunteers for set-up captain, sales captains and close-up captain.
